CrossCountry between Manchester Piccadilly and Southampton Central, and between Manchester Piccadilly / Birmingham New Street / Reading and Bournemouth Great Western Railway between Cardiff Central / Bristol Temple Meads / Westbury and Portsmouth Harbour Southern between Southampton Central and Brighton / London Victoria South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour / Poole / Weymouth, between Salisbury and Romsey (via Southampton Central)

Engineering work is taking place between Southampton Central and Romsey / Bournemouth, closing all lines. CrossCountry: Buses will replace trains between Southampton Airport Parkway, Southampton Central and Bournemouth. Great Western Railway: Trains between Portsmouth Harbour and Bristol Temple Meads / Cardiff Central will divert between Fareham and Romsey (via Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford – where they will call additionally). They will not call at Southampton Central. Replacement buses will operate (hourly) between Eastleigh and Southampton Central, taking 20 minutes. Additionally, the 19:34 Bristol Temple Meads to Portsmouth Harbour will not run. You should instead travel by earlier or later services. South Western Railway: Buses will replace trains between: Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth Woolston and Southampton Central Eastleigh and Bournemouth Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier Eastleigh and Romsey Southern: Trains which usually run between Brighton and Southampton Central will be amended to run between Brighton and St Denys. A replacement bus service will run between Woolston and Southampton Central to connect with trains. Journey times will be extend when using replacement buses.
